Indications for azithromycin:

Azithromycin is used to treat respiratory tract infections, otitis media, skin and soft tissue infections, genital infections without chlamydial involvement, and non-gonococcal inflammation of the urethra.

Side effects of azithromycin:

If the patient has ventricular tachycardia and porphyria should be used with extreme caution.
