Indications for use of ketoconazole 200 mg tablets:

Ketoconazole is used in the treatment of pulmonary and diffuse blastomycosis, resistant candidiasis of the esophagus, throat and mouth, candidal urinary tract infections, pneumonia, severe chronic mucosal-skin candidiasis, and vaginal-vaginal candidiasis. Ketoconazole is used in the treatment of versicolor pityriasis, alopecia, chromomycosis and severe coccidioidomycosis. .

Ketoconazole 200 mg tablets:

Systemic use of ketoconazole in case of liver failure, lack or reduction of gastric acid should be done with great caution. 2- With the use of this drug there is a possibility of hepatitis and fatal liver damage (especially if the duration of treatment is more than 14 days). Evaluation of liver function is essential during treatment with this drug.
